Services and history

James and Elina are a husband and wife duo who jumped into the real estate world because they absolutely love homes and enjoy helping people reach their investment dreams, whether that's buying real estate or finding their perfect dream home.

James has a background as a banker, business owner, and tech investor, which made his interest in real estate in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia really exciting. Elina came on board after retiring from the bank and had already been helping James grow their real estate business for quite a while. Together, they've helped many buyers, investors, and homeowners from Malaysia, Asia, and beyond.

James has an MBA, CFP, and alongside Elina, they're both certified REN professionals in Malaysia. With their rich career and financial experience, they’ve developed a strategic and client-focused approach to real estate that helps their clients feel secure and well-informed every step of the way on their journey to investing and finding their dream homes.a
